Enjoy a heated* saltwater pool with fiber-optic lighting, a relaxing waterfall spa, and a spacious backyard perfect for family time. Just two blocks from the beach—with a complimentary golf cart included—you’ll be close to Pompano Joe’s, Destin Commons, and Baytowne Wharf. Whether for a reunion, celebration, or beach getaway, High Tide Palace has everything you need for a comfortable, memorable stay.

We provide four portable beach chairs for your convenience.

The parking area can accommodate up to 8 standard-size vehicles.

All TVs in the home are smart TVs with all the standard apps, using high-speed internet. Cable TV is unavailable here, but the apps will provide thousands of hours of content. Bring your password for Netflix, Disney, HBO, etc.

We provide high-thread-count linens and a starter set of toiletries, detergent, and soaps. Guests are responsible for any additional items needed.

Check-in and Check-out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for leaving after the posted time because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation.

Some small dogs are permitted, so please inquire about our pet policy and fees. Any small dog must be approved in advance with written consent.

Weddings/Events – If held on property, an additional $500.00 event fee is required

*The spa/pool can be heated from October 1 to May 31 for an additional daily fee. The pool and spa water both run from the same pump and heater, so pool heat must be selected and paid for before arrival. The spa jets are programmed to run from 5 PM to 10 PM. During peak summer months of June to September, the spa will automatically run from 7-10 PM. Due to the high heat, it cannot run for any longer than the allotted time.

AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made for students or singles under twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.
