Tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac, you’re just 100 meters (a quick 2-minute walk) from gated private beach access with over 500 feet of sugar-white sand and peaceful Gulf waters.

Ballamore Beach Haven features a private heated pool with covered spa, a convenient elevator serving all three floors, and a gourmet kitchen equipped with Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, plus a natural-gas outdoor kitchen directly off the main living area. Every bedroom includes its own bathroom, with full master suites on the second and third floors, and each level offers a wet bar or kitchenette ideal for multi-generational families or groups seeking both space and privacy. Enjoy seamless indoor-outdoor living with two large balconies (one with partial Gulf views) and two spacious covered octagonal lounges overlooking the pool and spa, allowing the grill master to stay connected while watching the kids. Flooded with natural light and finished with beautiful travertine stairs and custom details throughout, the home offers a warm, elevated feel from the moment you arrive.

We provide four portable beach chairs for your convenience.

The parking area can accommodate up to 4 standard-size vehicles.

All TVs in the home are smart TVs with all the standard apps, using high-speed internet. Cable TV is unavailable here, but the apps will provide thousands of hours of content. Bring your password for Netflix, Disney, HBO, etc.

We provide high-thread-count linens and a starter set of toiletries, detergent, and soaps. Guests are responsible for any additional items needed.

Check-Out – 10:00 AM (Central)
Check-in and Check-out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. There is a minimum $200 fee for leaving after the posted time because it prevents staff from completing the job and interrupts the next guest’s vacation.

*The pool and spa can be heated from October 1 to May 31 for an additional daily fee. The spa heater can be run all year round, but the pool heater cannot be run during the summer months since the water temperature is already high. There is no fee to heat the spa from June to September.

Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made for students or singles under twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying is not allowed. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.
